Classes
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people with limited mobility.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
HIIT Yoga
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has been trending for the last few years for good reason: There’s strong scientific evidence that it can help you do everything from burn fat and build muscle to improve your metabolism and heart health. HIIT paired with yoga postures or asana provides for bursts of high energy paired with recovery. HIIT yoga is designed to build strength as well as burn fat. Like HIIT sessions, HIIT yoga practice typically lasts less than 30 minutes and often just 15 to 20 minutes.
Storytime Yoga
In this playful yoga class designed especially for pre-school aged-children, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help them understand how to identify and manage their feelings. Through stories and music, children will be able to learn and explore yoga in a fun, non-competitive class. Each class ends with a period of relaxation. Classes are 20 minutes.
