Lemon Drop Yoga is an organization that promotes yoga in fun, safe virtual and community environments to allow busy people the opportunity to improve flexibility, vitality and advance the quality of their health!
I was certified in the Summer of 2017 as Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in a 200 hour course through Breathe For Change, a program that promotes mindfulness, yoga, social emotional learning, and social justice for school teachers.
In the summer of 2019, I received a certificate of completion from Firefly Yoga International in Trauma Informed Yoga. Currently, I am working toward my 300 YTT through My Vinyasa Practice.
My yoga classes are geared toward helping alleviate stress. I provide opportunities for live classes in person or online. In addition, I provide yoga and mindfulness resources that help to lower stress and allow people to be more present.
